I’ve always loved having my eye in the viewfinder. In the beginning, it was with a still camera and soon afterwards, evolved into motion picture cameras.
And throughout this visual journey, I stayed close to my roots of fine foods and cooking. My parents are gourmet cooks and I learned to be one of them with my own cooking skills. It’s from these passions of seeing and tasting that has led me to fuse my people work with food photography.
I’m happiest when seeing ingredients come to life, either in the studio, on location or in my kitchen. There’s an excitement for me when form, light and texture mix with our eyes to create a unique appetite appeal. This is where my career lives today.
Lastly, my Personal Projects have sewn together stops along the way where I have met people with unique stories. I love bringing these portraits to life and sharing them with you.
